To connect your Azure account to OpsNow, follow the steps that guide you on the webpage. Log in to your Azure account to create applications and set permissions in Azure. The process will properly connect your account and grant permissions for smooth integration with OpsNow.

1. Choose proceed type

Select the Account Type and Input Tenant Name and choose either Express or Step by Step. If this is your first time creating an application and setting permissions, you can proceed step by step with the guidance below.

  • Express: This menu is for users who are familiar with Azure integration. You can connect your account immediately after inserting each required element.

  • Step By Step: This menu is for users who are not familiar with Azure integration. You can connect your accounts by following each step in the guide provided by OpsNow.

2. Register Azure Application

  • After registering the new application, fill in the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID in the OpsNow information input fields. The button color will change to green when inputted successfully completed.

3. Add API permissions

• In the Application menu, navigate to API Permissions to add permissions.

4. Setting new client secret and put on Client Secret Value

  • Go to the Certificates & Secrets menu and create a new client password. For Azure, we recommend that the client password expire for 6 months, and you must update the password and modify the service account information in the portal each time the password expires.

5. Setting a Subscription and Role

  • Select the subscription you want to authorize, then add Access Control (IAM) to select Add Allocation. Once the process is complete, you will be able to connect your Azure account to OpsNow.

Add More Azure Accounts

After registering the Master account and completing the [Get Started] process, you can view and easily add the Member accounts connected to the Master account in the Settings > Cloud Accounts menu.
