# Modifying your Company & Organization

People who have join OpsNow can create new Company and Organizations. During the initial setup, A company can be created and up to 10 Organizations can be created within each Company.

1. For accounts created by the first Admin, you can select the company name.

The **company name** can only be set once during the initial creation. If the name you wish to use already exists or if you need to modify it after creation, please contact customer service for assistance.

2. Organization settings can be configured after setting up the company name.

3. After the initial creation, the **Company name cannot be edited** by users.\
   For **Organizations**, additional units can be created from the **Organization** menu, which becomes available when you click the icon on the right side of the screen after the first Organization is created.

4. To add a new one, click the **\[+ Add]** button located on the right side of the screen.\
   Use this option to create Organizations that match your internal structure—such as departments, business units, or project teams.
