Modifying your Company & Organization

People who have join OpsNow can create new Company and Organizations. During the initial setup, A company can be created and up to 10 Organizations can be created within each Company.

1. For accounts created by the first Admin, you can select the company name.

The company name can only be set once during the initial creation. If the name you wish to use already exists or if you need to modify it after creation, please contact customer service for assistance.

1. Organization settings can be configured after setting up the company name.

1. After the initial creation, the Company name does not allow you to change it by yourself. For Organization, you can create it from the Organization menu that appear when you click the right icon after the initial creation.
