# Audit Log Tab

1. **Type:** A label that classifies the nature of the action performed, such as Modify, Create, or Delete.
2. **Date:** Displays the time (in UTC) when the modification, creation, or deletion occurred.
3. **History:** Provides a detailed description of the action that was performed.
