① Last Update Time

Displays the date and time when the dashboard was last updated.

② Operational Server Incident Status Chart.

• Incidents: Resolved, Progress, Open

• Serverity: Critical, Warning

• Resource Type: VM, Node

• Metric Types: Memory Usage, CPU Usage, Network Out, Disk Read etc.

③ Incident List

• Provides detailed incident information and analysis.

  • Information on the incident type and whether a set threshold was exceeded.

  • Information on the category, assignee, and report creator.

  • Link to the Infrastructure Tree page where the incident occurred.

    • Link to the page for identifying the node and VM where the incident occurred.

④ ITSM Requests

• View ITSM request information in a list.
