How to Request Reserved Instance/Savings Plan Permissions from Your Partner

For MSP users, you will need to request RI/SP purchase/inquiry permissions from your partner.

(*No permission requests are required for Azure, Pay-As-You-Go tenants users)

Permission Request Process

  1. Contact Your Partner

    • Contact the partner who manages your cloud account

    • Request Reserved Instance (RI) and Savings Plan (SP) permissions

  2. Partner Permission Configuration

    • AWS: Partner grants RI/SP permissions through Partner Central

    • Azure: Partner configures reservation permissions in Partner Center Portal

  3. Permission Verification

    • Receive notification from partner about permission setup completion (email or verbal)

    • Directly verify RI/SP menu accessibility in your cloud console
