Overview Tab

This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how your teams and organization are performing against the targets you set. It is designed to help you quickly identify successes, spot issues, and analyze historical trends.

  1. User/Group Selector: This dropdown menu allows you to filter the entire dashboard view for a specific user or group. You can view the consolidated results of all your sub-groups or select a specific child group to see their performance only.

  2. Refresh Icon: Reloads the dashboard with the most current data available.

  3. AI Report Button: Provides KPI performance diagnostics through AI-based analysis, explains the causes of failure, and offers actionable improvement recommendations.

  4. Last Month KPI status: A snapshot of the overall KPI performance from the previous calendar month, showing the total number of KPIs that passed or failed. Click to see detailed information in a table at the bottom.

  5. Current KPI status: Displays the performance for the current ongoing period.

    • Scope: Displays a score calculated based on the importance and achievement/non-achievement of KPIs managed by the selected group.

    • Fail/Pass/Total: A count of KPIs in each state that indicates the trend compared to the previous period.

  6. Past KPI Status: Visualizes performance over the past 12 months in a graph, allowing you to review historical trends.

    • Date Range Selector: Allows you to select a custom date range to analyze historical performance trends.

This screen appears when a parent group with sub-groups is selected, providing a detailed breakdown of each individual KPI assigned to the selected group. When viewing a lowest-level group, the columns show Status, Priority, KPI Name, Description, and Failed Resources.

  1. Search Bar: Filters the KPI list by name to quickly find a specific metric.

  2. Select KPI View Type - KPI List: Displays a detailed table with performance data, including the current status, priority, target value, KPI name, number of groups assigned to the KPI, and the number of successful/failed groups.

  3. Details (> icon): Clicking the row reveals all groups assigned to the selected KPI, along with a detailed view of each group's KPI achievement status.

  1. KPI View Type Selection: This pivots the data to display a list of user groups ranked by their overall performance score. This view is used to compare team performance and identify which groups are excelling or may require assistance.

    • Search Bar: Filters the list below to find a specific group by its name.

    • Best Top 5: Shows the five highest-performing groups, ranked by their overall KPI score. Based on the overall KPI status of all groups, scores are calculated for the organization, and only groups that exceed this benchmark score are displayed. This helps you quickly identify your most successful teams.

    • Worst Top 5: Shows the five lowest-performing groups, ranked by their overall KPI score. Based on the overall KPI status of all groups, scores are calculated for the organization, and only groups that fall below this benchmark score are displayed. This helps identify teams that may require support or further investigation.

    • The table provides a detailed breakdown of each user group's performance, listing the group's name, its overall score, the pass/fail counts for its assigned KPIs, and a link to a more detailed report for further analysis.
