Group Settings
In this step, you will create user groups that reflect the team or departmental structure within your organization. Once a template is assigned to a group, the team becomes officially responsible for monitoring and achieving the KPI goals relevant to their role.
Search Bar: Filter the user group list by name to quickly find a specific group.
Upload Icon: Import a formatted file to create or update multiple groups at once, enabling efficient management of large group structures. Click the download icon to get a sample file, edit it in Excel, and upload it back to apply the changes automatically to the screen.
Download Icon: Download an Excel sample or export the current group structure along with the assigned KPI templates for offline review, backup, or reporting purposes.
+ Add Group: Creates a new user group. An editable row will be added to the group hierarchy where you can enter the group name and assign a KPI template.
Select a Template: Assign a preconfigured KPI template to the user group in that row. Templates are only assigned to the lowest-level groups.
Pencil Icon: Opens the "Add Group Members" window, where you can manage users assigned to the group. You can add a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 members per group. *For the ‘FinOps Admin’ group, only users with Owner or Admin permissions in the organization can be added. Other groups will only display users who have been granted permission to access the ‘FinOps KPIs’ menu in advance via User Management.
[X] Icon: Deletes the selected group row along with all its subgroups.
Save: Saves and applies all configuration information entered.
Save & Complete: This button only appears during the initial setup. Use it to finalize KPI group settings and exit the configuration page when all groups have been assigned templates and no further edits are needed.
