Alert Settings

This tab allows you to set up email alerts when a KPI status changes to Fail. This enables the team to detect KPI issues in real-time and respond quickly.

  1. Priority: Set alerts based on the importance level of the KPI. You can choose from Low, Medium, or High. If High is selected, alerts will be sent for any unachieved KPIs in that category, according to the selected frequency.

  2. Period: Set how often alerts will be sent. Options include: Daily, Weekly (every Monday), or Monthly (end of each month).

  3. Channel: Set the method for receiving alerts (e.g., email). (More channels will be added soon.)

  4. Recipient: Enter one or more email addresses to receive the alerts.

  5. Add Alert Channel: Allows you to configure additional alert rules.

  6. Add: Once all alert conditions are configured, click this button to add the alert rule. The added rules will be displayed in a list at the bottom.

  7. Save: Saves the registered alerts. Alerts will be sent based on the saved settings.
