Billing

In Billing, you can check invoice details and subscribed products. You can register or delete payment methods, as well as register or delete contacts related to billing.

Before getting stated

To subscribe to AutoSavings, you can do through the AutoSavings menu, the top banner within the menu, or the subscription button in the Settings > Billing menu. During the initial subscription, you'll be required to enter your payment method information. The displayed amount of $0.00 at this time is not a usage fee; the usage fee will vary based on the savings from the previous month and will be adjusted on each billing date.

After the initial subscription, automatic payments will be processed using the payment method you provided.

Checking invoice information

In the Overview tab, you can review invoice details. The next invoice date is displayed in card view, along with the invoice total amount and the payment method to be used.

For more detailed invoice information, navigate to the Invoice tab. Here, you will find the invoice date, bill number, description, invoice total, and payment status. Click the download button in the bill number column to view and download the Stripe receipt or invoice.

Checking subscribed products

In the Overview tab, you can also view information about subscribed plans. The plan in use, total savings through the plan, fees payable to OpsNow, and net savings are displayed. Clicking the Details button on the right provides additional information, including the dates of service usage, cloud accounts linked to the subscription, and service status.

Managing accounts connected to subscription

You can change the accounts linked to your subscription. Click the elipsis button on the right side of the Plan Details section in the Overview tab, then select 'Manage connected accounts.' You can view the cloud account name, account name, account connection status, and savings amount. Select the account you want to connect, click the Save button in the bottom right, and the account will be linked.

Note

Account Connection Status is as follows :

  • Linked: An account connected to AutoSavings subscription.

  • Unlinked: An account not connected to AutoSavings subscription.

  • Cancelling: An account currently in the process of cancelling AutoSavings subscription.

Cancelling Subscription

Cancellation will proceed according to the selected cancellation option. If you choose "Keep Ownership," cancellation will be completed upon full payment of all charges on the next billing date. If you opt for "Sell/Return Ownership," cancellation will be completed after all Sell/Return transactions are completed, and ownership of all Reserved Instances/Savings Plans is transferred upon payment of the outstanding costs.

During the cancellation process, the status will be indicated as "Cancelling" in the "Manage Connected Accounts" section. Subscription reactivation is only possible after the cancellation has been successfully completed while in the "Cancelling" status.

Managing payment methods

In the Payment Method tab, you can manage your payment methods. Click the Add button in the top right to add a payment card. If you wish to modify the registered card information, click the Change button to make the necessary adjustments. Check 'Select as a default card for payment,' then click the Change button to set that card as the default payment card. To delete a registered card, click the Remove button. Note that the default card cannot be deleted, so you must first change it to another card before deletion.

Managing billing contacts

In the Billing Contacts tab, you can register email addresses to receive monthly invoices. You can also register individuals who are not signed up for OpsNow as billing contacts.
