Detailed Insight

OpsNow Insight provides an interface designed to help users easily and quickly analyze their cloud data. This guide explains the functions of each component based on the main screen.

  • New Chat: Start a new analysis conversation separate from previous chat history. Use this option when you want to begin asking questions in a reset state.

  • Used Credits: Displays the number of credits currently in use. Since Insight operates on a credit-based system, you can check your remaining credits to determine whether additional analysis requests are available.

  • Chat Window: Allows you to enter questions in natural language. Even without knowing technical queries, users can simply type questions in everyday language, and the AI will analyze the cloud data and provide visualized results.

  • Question Types: Below the input field, frequently used question types are provided as buttons, such as Resource Usage Status, Billing Amount, Cost Comparison, Usage Cost, and Group Cost. By clicking these, related questions are automatically entered, and you can instantly view the analysis results.

  • PDF Download: Saves the current conversation in report format.

  • Saved Questions: Allows quick access to frequently used question buttons or reuse of saved queries.

  • Go to Console: Redirects you to the OpsNow FinOps Plus dashboard.

When you submit a question, the screen will appear as shown below.

The graphs and visualizations displayed may vary depending on the type of question asked.
