Invite Members

Members with Owner or Admin permissions in OpsNow can invite new members to the organization. Invited members can engage in cloud cost-saving and analysis activities according to the permissions granted to them within the OpsNow service.

Follow the next step to continue with the member invitation process.

Invite Members

  1. Click the icon in the top right corner. From the menu that appears, select Members.

  1. Click Add button in the upper right corner.

If you do not see the Add button, you have not been able to obtain Admin privileges. Please request permission from the admin authorities to obtain the necessary access.

  1. Click Add button to open a pop-up window. You can invite additional members from the pop-up. From the pop-up, you can invite additional members. Select the email, role, and organization for the invitation, and then click Send button.

  1. Once the invitation is successfully sent, the invitee will receive an email with instructions. To complete the membership or organization invitation, select Accept Invitation based on your membership status.

Go to After logging in, access the OpsNow platform.
