History

The History tab manages both Tag Groups and the history of tags applied to individual resources. Use the tabs at the bottom to view the change history for tag groups and resource tags separately.

• Tagging Log: Tracks and manages the history of tag changes for individual resources.

• Tag Group Log: Tracks and manages changes made to created tag groups.

Tagging Log

1. The change history of generated tag groups is displayed by date, along with their tagging status. The tagging statuses are as follows:

   1. Succeeded: All resources were successfully tagged.

   2. Partial Succeeded: Only some resources were successfully tagged.

   3. Pending: Data collection is in progress.

   4. Failed: No resources were tagged.

2. Select a row in the table to view detailed tag group status for that entry. The detail view varies depending on the status of the change.

Tag Group Log

1. Displays the tag group history, including when it was created, modified, and by whom.

2. Select a row in the table to view detailed information for that tag group. The details appear in the selected row and show a table of items that were added, deleted, or modified for each change type.

3. Version indicates the current version of the tag group. Version numbers are integers and automatically increment each time a change is made.
