Inventory Tab
The Inventory tab provides information about your purchased commitments. Learn more about the active commitments that are currently in use. Plan for additional purchases if your commitment expiration date is approaching.

Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Filter: This dropdown menu allows the user to select the specific cloud provider for which to view the commitment inventory.
Date Range Selector: This component defines the time period for which to display the commitment inventory data.
Commitment Type Tabs: These tabs allow the user to toggle the inventory view between different commitment types. The user can select either ‘Savings Plans’ or ‘Reserved Instance’ to see the corresponding inventory.
Inventory Status Summary: These cards provide a high-level, categorized count of the commitment plans based on their remaining duration. Users can click a card to quickly filter the inventory list in the table below.
All: This card displays the total count of all commitment plans that are currently being displayed.
1-30 days Remaining: This card shows the total number of commitment plans that are nearing expiration, specifically those with 1 to 30 days left in their term.
31-60 days Remaining: This card shows the total count of plans that will expire in the medium term (within 31 to 60 days).
More than 60 days Remaining: This card shows the total count of all long-term, stable plans that have more than 60 days left before they expire.
Search Bar: This input field allows users to filter the inventory table by entering specific keywords.
Download Button: This icon allows the user to download or export the data from the inventory table for offline analysis.
Include Expired SPs: This toggle switch allows the user to include expired Savings Plans in the inventory table.
Table: This table presents a detailed, itemized list of all commitment plans that match the current filter criteria.
Inventory ID: The unique identifier assigned to each individual commitment plan.
Account Name (ID): The specific cloud account, identified by both its name and unique ID, that owns or is associated with the commitment plan.
Type: The category or nature of the service covered by the commitment.
Region: The geographical location or data center region where the commitment plan is applicable.
Instance Family: The family or type of instances that the commitment covers.
Days Remaining: The number of days left before the commitment plan reaches its expiration date.
Start Date: The exact date when the commitment plan became active.
Status: The current operational state of the commitment plan.
Term: The total duration for which the commitment plan is valid.
Payment Option: The payment model selected for the commitment.
Hourly Commitment Cost: The committed hourly spend amount associated with the plan.
Upfront Cost: Any one-time payment made at the commencement of the commitment term.
Recurring Fee (Monthly): The ongoing regular fee charged for the commitment on a monthly basis.
