Create your Organization

What is Organization?

Organizations are sub-organizations belonging to a Company. Organization is a workspace separated by department, organization, and team. This allows you to set customized policies for different departments or teams.

Things to keep in mind

  • The first Organization can be created during the sign-up process. You can create up to 10 Organizations from the Settings > Organizations menu.

  • Each Cloud Account must be registered separately for each Organization. (A single Cloud Account cannot be registered to multiple Organizations simultaneously).

  • If you need to create more than 10 organizations, please contact the Help Center for assistance.

Create a organization for your team

  1. During the sign-up process After signing up and creating a Company, you will be directed to a screen where you can create Organizations within that Company. Use terms that reflect your organizational structure, such as departments or teams to name your organizations.

※ The maximum number that can be created per account is 10 organizations. If you would like to create additional organizations, please contact OpsNow.

  1. From the Setting menu

    You can create or delete additional Organizations from the Settings > Organizations menu.
