# Create your Organization

### What is Organization?

Organizations are sub-organizations belonging to a Company. Organization is a workspace separated by department, organization, and team. This allows you to set customized policies for different departments or teams.

### Things to keep in mind <a href="#h_01hbemcz4bjhjs9q3pnnc0b7b7" id="h_01hbemcz4bjhjs9q3pnnc0b7b7"></a>

* The first Organization can be created during the sign-up process.
* You can create up to **10 Organizations** from **Settings > Organizations**.
* Each Cloud Account must be registered separately for each Organization. A single Cloud Account cannot be shared across multiple Organizations at the same time.
* If you need to create more than 10 organizations, please contact the [Help Center](https://www.opsnow.io/contact) for assistance.

### Create a organization for your team

1. **During the sign-up process**\
   After you sign up and create a Company, you will be directed to the Organization creation screen.\
   Enter names that reflect your internal structure, such as department or team names, so members can easily recognize where they belong.

2. **From the Setting menu**

   You can create or delete additional Organizations from the **Settings > Organizations** menu.
