History Tab

The Policy Management "History" tab displays a detailed log of all previously issued reports, which users can filter by date, compliance, or account, and download for review.

  1. Date Range Selector: This component allows the user to define the specific time period for which to display the log of issued reports.

  2. Advanced Filter Bar: This bar provides granular filtering options to refine the report list. Users can filter the log by Cloud Service, Report Name, Compliance, Account, Recipient

  3. Search Bar: This field allows for a quick keyword search within the filtered results to locate a specific report log.

  4. Issued Report Log: This table displays the detailed list of all reports that were issued within the selected date range and match the filter criteria.

    • Issued Date: The timestamp when the report was generated and sent.

    • Report Name: The name of the configured report that was run.

    • Compliance: The compliance framework the report was based on.

    • Account Name (ID): The account(s) included in the report.

    • Recipient: The email address the report was sent to.

    • Download: The icon on the far right of each row allows the user to download a copy of that specific issued report.
