# History Tab

The Policy Management "History" tab displays a detailed log of all previously issued reports, which users can filter by date, compliance, or account, and download for review.

1. **Date Range Selector:** This component allows the user to define the specific time period for which to display the log of issued reports.
2. **Advanced Filter Bar:** This bar provides granular filtering options to refine the report list. Users can filter the log by Cloud Service, Report Name, Compliance, Account, Recipient
3. **Search Bar:** This field allows for a quick keyword search within the filtered results to locate a specific report log.
4. **Issued Report Log:** This table displays the detailed list of all reports that were issued within the selected date range and match the filter criteria.
   * **Issued Date:** The timestamp when the report was generated and sent.
   * **Report Name:** The name of the configured report that was run.
   * **Compliance:** The compliance framework the report was based on.
   * **Account Name (ID):** The account(s) included in the report.
   * **Recipient:** The email address the report was sent to.
   * **Download:** The icon on the far right of each row allows the user to download a copy of that specific issued report.
