Coverage Tab

The coverage is an indicator of how well you are using or benefiting from the commitment. This shows how much of your cloud usage was covered by the purchased commitments.

1. All/Savings Plans/Reserved Instance tabs: You can select the tab to check information by commitment type.

2. Search conditions: You can check information by selecting products and cloud accounts.

3. OpsNow Insight AI: Displays the commitment recommendations with AI.

4. Summary coverage information of commitments: Displays the summary information such as Total Coverage, On-Demand Cost Equivalent, Actual On-Demand Cost, Total Cost, etc.

   • Total Coverage: The total coverage is one of the indicators of how well you are using or benefiting from the commitment. This shows how much of your cloud usage was covered by the purchased commitments. Total Coverage = (RI On-Demand Cost Equivalent + SP On-Demand Cost Equivalent) ÷ Total Cost × 100

   • On-Demand Cost Equivalent: Displays the costs when used for the commitment time based on the on-demand price.

   • Actual On-Demand Cost: Displays the actual on-demand costs.

   • Total Cost: Displays the total cost of cloud usage.

5. Detailed coverage information of commitments: Displays the detailed coverage information of commitments.
